You know, the current replication of proposals reminds me why we kept
"Substantially Similar Proposals" as a rule on the books for so long.

After all, if somehow one of the 8 proposals succeeds, we can just
resubmit one to switch back to anti-voting.  Should be a lot easier to
pass it than to pass one of the switch to democracy proposals, given the
existing results.
