We may have too many offices, but why would anyone want to dump all the work on one just one person? I assume this is intended as some sort of statement. I still don't like it. A Church can still implement internally the system we had at Odo, where church policy was in fact a self-amending ruleset. Making Church Policy a public document, rather than a secret one is also not a bad idea.=20 The sections are also misnumbered, section 4 is followed by section 7, but that is a minor matter. And after a couple secs I realized that it was not refering to seven cults There are other reasons I will be voting against this. I believe that any intra-organizaional communications should be considered private.=20 This proposal robs the Founder of too many priviliges. The privilege of approving org Actions, unless Policy states otherwise. Also the restriction on Policy from granting special Founder powers (such as ordaining and defrocking Priests) is gone. I see those elements as central significant elements in the Church model, and will not vote for a proposal which does away with them.=20 This proposal does not bring the Church in-line, it shaves off some of thsoe things which make it a Church.
