I explicitly do *not* claim that the > presence of this rule is why this Crime has not occured. ;) The basis for this repeal came from the idea that there are basically four types wrt this rule: 1) Those who would break it regardless. 2) Those who would break it but only if it wasn't a crime 3) Those who accidentally break it - perhaps due to not having read the rules for a particular game 4) Those who (having read game's rule) would not break it. R1205 doesn't effect 3 & 4; removal of the rule does effect 1 & 2 but I seriously doubt that we will ever have such players. I feel that an admonishment not to interfere in sub games some where in the sub game rules suite would be more appropriate if it was deemed to be necessary at all...
