I'm mostly reading it to reduce the number of series I'm in the middle of--ground to a halt after the second book a few years ago. Good dialogue, but no tension whatsoever. Give me Guy Gavriel Kay or Steven Brust any day. There's no tension in Jordan to speak of though, when something does happen you get nothing leading up to it at all to give you tension. It is certainly possible to get the list software to do this. I was under the impression that people did not wish this (since surely the old lists could have done it, and it would mean the end of going postal). I will certainly entertain doing so if a sufficient number of people would like it *and* a large number of people don't object. --JT [-------------------------------------------------------------------------] [ Practice random kindness and senseless acts of beauty. ] [ It's hard to seize the day when you must first grapple with the morning ] [-------------------------------------------------------------------------] ------------------------------ From: K 2 Subject: Acka: EOC Stuff Date: Thu, 03 Dec 1998 17:22:37 -0500 (EST) Due to excessive spending the treasury crested the A$50000 mark at the start of this cycle, the recent Majik proposal then pushed us to the A$60000 mark.
