This bit won't work I don't believe. It will get put into a rule and then
"this proposal" will be a meaningless reference. As it happens, you've
acknowledged that this text will be part of a rule in part 6.

BTW, I voted against this proposal because magiks are a holdover from the
days of the sinister aliens rule, and I feel they are one of those things
which requires some minimal amount of work for no real benefit, and they
should be repealed, with all existing magiks turned into trinkets.

This is true. No general announcement was made. We've had so damned
many mishaps this summer that I quite forgot the newer players didn't
already "know the drill". My apologies to everyone who did not vote
during that weekend because they thought that they couldn't.

I will take Vynd's gentle recommendation to heart, and will be more
careful in the future to make sure everyone is aware of the full
ramifications of any outages or other technical failures.

This part of the proposal has no effect, since the phrases quoted
don't appear anywhere in the rule (as of Proposal 3383).

We already have Bonus Votes whcih count one per player up to a maximum
four per proposal.
I don't think it's a good idea to let tammany cast multiple votes.

This fails. P3389 swapped point conversion for otzma creation.

What, me actually find out how the Rules have changed in the last few
months? I give A$1 to the Twits, and another A$ to They Might Be
Slumbering Giants.

Probably not. I'm just annoyed because, had I calculated the scores
after Tuesday night's(?) small batch of Proposals, I had 105 points
then, but I didn't realize this until another batch was already out.

AVPP's failed to change its membership policy to Quasi-Open; remember
its a Bad Idea to have a political party with an Open Membership....

Thinman became a member of TMBSG on 12/8.
TMBSG failed to change its policy to single player.

MetaMorph succeeded in appointing JM swinger but since e was already the
swinger, it didn't really matter :)

Since it prolly is the case that various other documents have been modified,
perhaps something along the following lines would be appropriate as a CSR :All
Ackanomic documents, except the rules, that were amended by Proposal 3383 are
modified so as to be identical to their state prior to Proposal 3383's
modification and all amendments applied subsequent to Proposal 3383 are reapplied
in order.

Replacement of that phrase would have been an effect of P3383 with or without a
global replace.
