Objecting to being referred to as Slakko's partner, I play the Four of
Hearts.

Errr, /dev/joe... would you be so kind to tell us who is
already in the game? I would want to play, and thought
I'd already replied to get in.

Having been reminded about this for the third round on the trot by JT I am
now going to hazard a guess at 4S.

It has now been over three days since this play and Robert Sevin has not made
a play and so is deemed to have surrendered. It is now H*bert's turn and e
must start a new ghost word.

"This is the nest; when will you be laying our egg?"

Many days journey away, above the teeming life of the capital city, the
Lord High Inquisitor of the Scarlet Fist exulted silently at the
reception of the report from the agonised Benvenuto. He had arrived
at the temple and had been admitted according to plan - there would be
good news to pass to the King!

"Nest; I will tell you when I have found a suitable candidate."

"I understand, little birdy. Just remember what the stakes are. Out."

The Inquisitor stepped to the window and surveyed the crowded
streets below in satisfaction; confident that his plans
were coming to fruition - it had not been easy to insinuate a pawn into
the Order of the Thousand Souls, but the sovereign's orders had to be
fulfilled or the price had to be paid.

Now, all the ignorant peasant philosopher needed to do was to find out who
was The Angel, who had been the cause of so much trouble in the outlying
provinces - once we found the leader of this little insurgency we would
make an example of him. Or her, of course. And then we would see how much
the peasants wanted independence from the King to express their own
religious beliefs... yes - then we will see indeed...

The next time he met with the King the Inquisitor would have something to
report indeed.

Koxvolio plays "City". (or, at least, attempts to)
