This is the charter of Klingon. It can be changed only with unanimous support of all members.
The goals of Klingon are as follows:
1. To have enough members to be able to get a unity vote but not too many to make controlling it unwieldy.
2. To make good use of all benefits available to political parties.
3. To make Ackanomic enjoyable for everyone.
4. To be honourable in all dealings and not to be sneaky (i.e. no dictatorships or anything like that).
