No other Agent may declare Quorum Votes, nor may a Quorum Vote be called during a voting period. Establishing quorum precedes the determination of the passage or failure of any Ballot Items. Quorum may be changed only through the results of a Quorum Vote. ---- add rule 227/1 l 11 November 2000 00:00:00 Quorum 332/0 Quorum is the number of eligible Agents needed to participate in voting in order for the results of the voting to take effect.
