Please Propose New Rule.

You can propose a new rule that is any of the following:

1. The enactment, repeal or amendment of a mutable rule;
2. The enactment, repeal or amendment of an amendment;
3. The transmutation of an immutable rule into a mutable rule or vice versa.

I propse a new rule to enactment repeal amendment transmutation for the rule No. , if and only if I selected repeal, amendment or transmutation.
